Return/Refund Policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY 

To avoid rejection of return, please ensure that your request matches 2 conditions: (1) within the return/refund time frame and (2) valid return/refund request.  

    1. Return/Refund Coverage – The return/refund coverage for each item can be  found under Service details on the product page.
    2. Return/Refund Reasons – Please take note of the following valid reasons for return/refund requests:

      Return Request:

      • Damaged / Faulty item (for electronics only) – if item received is damaged or does not work properly. 
      • Expired item – item received is expired. 
      • Item does not match description/pictures – item received does not match what was shown in the online product listings. 
      • Received wrong item – item delivered is different from what was ordered. 
      • Counterfeit item  Item delivered appears to be fake 
      • Missing accessories/freebies – package delivered is missing accessories or freebies 
      • Incomplete/Missing item – package delivered is incomplete or missing essential item

Refund Only Request: 

      • Package not received – If your order is tagged as delivered but you didn’t receive the package 
      • Empty Package/Fraudulent item – If you received an empty package or filler items 

When selecting a return reason, it is important to select the correct reason and add additional details in the Online Return Form for faster and more accurate evaluation of the request. 

Return may be rejected when the request in non-compliant with the policy.  Please take note that the following are invalid refund/return reasons: 

      • Change of mind – the buyer suddenly decides they do not want/need the item received 
      • The product received does not meet buyer expectations, but is exactly as described on the product page – The buyer failed to read the product page and is disappointed with the item received.
